Steve Gaul

Driven to Serve Steve is everything we could ask for as a delivery driver. He does the job exactly how it is outlined in the Delivery Handbook. Steve takes any new employee under his wing and is willing to train them exactly how we would want him to. He puts the customer first, any time a customer has a conflict Steve resolves it by either using his best judgement, communicating with the sales person or by seeking direction from management. The end result is always the same, the decision made is the right one!
Positive Energy Despite having a very calm and even-keeled demeanor, Steve is quick witted and never short on a humorous comeback. It is hard to spot any negativity in his attitude. Steve is always in a good mood and doesn’t let little things bring him down. He always acknowledges fellow employees with a greeting and smile and is very well liked by his peers.
Caring and Compassionate Steve makes sure that his relief driver has the proper information about his accounts before going on vacation. This prevents a lot of stress for both the account and driver. Steve recently cut his vacation short due to CCB being shorthanded, He was very willing and did this without a second thought when he learned of the situation.
Passion to Grow Steve is always willing to take on extra work, even when it means that it will make for a longer day. He knows that by taking on the extra workload it will not only benefit him in the commissions, it will help the overall department and everything we (the Company) are trying to accomplish. Steve has a willingness to learn and is always looking for ways to improve.
Accountability to the Team Steve has a GREAT relationship with his sales people. He and Andy often complement each other (unknowingly). They not only complement each other well, they are accountable to one another. Steve is very accountable to the “Team” at CCB, spanning all departments. He takes times to answer questions from relief drivers. When asked to follow up with his open AR he does the first time.

Dan “Fry” Freiermuth

Driven to Serve Fry goes above and beyond with all his retailers, whether it is T.I. or Econo Foods, they are all going to get his best. He treats every account as if they are #1.Fry wants to them all to succeed, along with CCB. He truly believes in CCB.
Positive Energy Fry Daddy is always in a great mood. When he is in a room he brings up the energy to all around him. When he is in the territory selling, his customers enjoy his energy. People like to be around him, he has a positive influence on others. Many have seen his work in action, he can walk into an account where the manager is having a rough day and by the time Fry is done, they are joking, smiling and he has gained a line.
Caring and Compassionate Dan is a very caring person, he always there for co-workers and accounts. He is a great mentor to the younger sales reps. Watch him talk about his beautiful wife & kids, you can see how proud he is of all of them. You almost tear with him as you can feel and see the pride he has for them, it’s awesome!
Passion to Grow Fry is always trying to better himself in turn making CCB better. He does a great job with his brewery reps, they see his efforts in growing CCB, our brands and his accounts. Even though he has some years under his belt in the industry, he is no afraid to try new things. Fry got T.I. try Alaskan, they haven’t tried anything out of the ordinary there and now he has 4 tap takeover all month at their Cabana Bar and has Beer of the Month with Husky at the Parlay Lounge.
Accountability to the Team Fry is always striving to be the best and is pushing co-workers to be better. When it comes to his numbers he always knows right where he is at and keeps other co-workers aware of where they are at. He is always willing to help with any project. If an incentive or company goal is coming up short, he steps up and goes the extra mile to help attain that goal. He’s a great team player. Fry likes to win keeping other reps on their toes, along with being the first one to give advice and ideas to any of them in order for them to attain their goals, he is not selfish by any means.

Kent Storlie

Driven to Serve Kent always follows through with his accounts. If they discuss something special, he talks with the driver and merchandiser to insure its completed. He is a go getter on the C & G team. Kent is always a top performer on that team.
Positive Energy Kent is a leader on our Team with his positive energy making all of us better around him. Kent always responds to questions asked by other reps dealing with C & G, in a very positive supportive manner always want to help them any way he can. His light-hearted personality is fun to be around and his chuckle is infectious.
Caring and Compassionate Kent has a very good relationships with his accounts knowing how to talk/sell to each individual customer. Kent is always willing to help other sales reps with C & G questions they have and takes the time to share his knowledge and tips.
Passion to Grow Kent has a lot of displays yet always asks for another one. He is wanting to grow the brands we sell and is a leader in price adjustments at the store level. He wants to grow CCB brands and his accounts.
Kent is looking at numbers daily always trying to sell more than he did last month. An excellent example of Kent’s sales growth is in his Super Target in Woodbury, it has been the #1 store in the country with dollar sales for the last 3 weeks for Sparkling Ice – That is Awesome!
Accountability to the Team Kent continues to be a great assistant and informal leader to the younger team members. His communication internally and externally proves he is accountable to all his team members. Kent always makes sure to relay all details and doesn’t forget anything out of the ordinary that is going on, covering all bases.
