Visit To Mankato Brewery
As a premier beverage distributor, we at College City Beverage are proud of our diverse beverage portfolio, especially when it comes to craft beer. We bring you some of the best beer from across the country. We bring craft beer from distant places, with breweries like Kona and Alaskan, and right from our own back yard with the likes of F-Town Brewing and Mankato Brewery.
We have the privilege of working with brewers and brewery representatives daily. But, now and then, we get the special treat of treating our team to a tour of these amazing facilities. Last week, our team took a trip down to Mankato Brewery to hear from co-founder Tim Tupy.
The team learned about the inner workings of the brewery, all the way from their distribution strategy to their production schedule. As Tupy spoke about turnover of their ingredient stock, the team got to watch Head Brewer, Jacob Hamilton, and Assistant Brewer, Alex Meyer, cleaning tanks and perfecting recipes.
