Meet the Team – Tim Aldahl

Tell us about your position and how long you’ve been with CCB:

Tim will have worked for CCB for three years this coming November. He started out as a relief driver, and moved into the position of driver a few months ago. He got his CDL while working for CCB and has done all his training here. He has lived in Northfield his whole life and really likes the area.

A typical day looks like:

He starts his routes really early. He stays active working outside during the couple weeks of nice weather. Everyday is different and you get to meet new people.

What do you like most about working for CCB?

He thinks it is a really great job, and he really enjoys it! He works with pretty great people and likes being able to enjoy a refreshment with them at the end of a hards day work.

What do you find most rewarding?

“Delivering the beer, getting it where it needs to go. Happy customers.”

What do you find most challenging?

“Nothing specifically, maybe just a little hairy when the weather gets colder in the later months.”

What is your favorite product CCB distributes?

“I enjoy Summit seasonals, but Budweiser is also a great one I really enjoy.”

What do you like to do in your free time?

“I really enjoy spending time with my family, my girlfriend of five years and her son who is 11 in November. I really enjoy the outdoors, some fishing. We just bought a new house so we are trying to start growing a garden. We also have two cats, Gypsy and Calypso, that are pretty fun.”

What is your favorite food?

“A ribeye. Pizza is a staple of my diet though.”
Driven to Serve Tim has a hefty challenge with his Monday – Wednesday routes, they can be very long days and he does this without push back.
Positive Energy Tim has a quiet, easy going demeanor that people appreciate. You may not hear him coming yet when he speaks, people listen and usually respond with laughter.
Caring and Compassionate Tim is a driven individual that cares deeply for his job and CCB as a whole.
Passion to Grow Tim shows his passion to grow as he assumed the responsibility as Service Representative of route 230 at the end of March. He continues to improve himself day in and day out with zero need for outside motivation.
Accountability to the Team As Carp notes “The Bearded Wonder” delivers some high profile Off- Premise accounts with the Farmington Liquor stores. He has established a stronghold on displays and has secured good relationships with the store managers. Accounts comment on how the love him.
