Meet the Team — Allison Shoaff
College City Beverage is home to some fantastic members of the beer and beverage industry. From our drivers to sales representatives, our team works hard and has fun. We are proud to announce that Allison Shoaff is one of CCB’s 2017 Quarter 3 Kings!
Allison is FULL of Positive vibes. She considers herself very optimistic and we would definitely agree. She travels from Vadnais Heights everyday, it’s just south of White Bear Lake. She chooses to continue with the commute – she loves the people and atmosphere of the beer industry. She didn’t expect to be involved so deeply in this industry.
Allison is one of 2 children – her younger brother recently had a baby boy and she is a proud auntie. She graduated from Prior Lake and completed a degree in Graphic Design. Allison also holds a BA in advertising and business management. Her hobbies include Zumba fitness and being outdoors. She really enjoys hunting.

Tell us about your position and how long you’ve been with CCB?
She started in the sign shop in 2014. Allison designs signs that the accounts hang in their stores and on-premise accounts. She does a lot of the post print production like cutting, installing grommets and making signs account ready.
What’s the favorite part of your job?
Working with the sales reps – they are creative by coming up with new promos in their accounts. She’s worn so many different hats – she can cover for sales reps and help in customer service roles. She’s never bored.
What do you find rewarding?
She has a ton of gratitude for being recognized for her work.
What do you find challenging?
Having to stay within templates – she’d love to be able to work with brands from the ground up. She also states that this is such a fast-moving environment that sometime communication about events and brands can be a challenge. One she is up for tackling every day!
