Folds of Honor: Scholarships for Families of America’s Fallen & Disabled Service-Members

Posted by linelogic

In 2007, the Folds of Honor scholarship program was started to provide educational support to children or spouses of fallen or disabled service members. This coming February, the Folds of Honor scholarship recipient will be awarded a scholarship of up to $5,000 dollars, and College City Beverage has a helping hand in that donation. The Minnesota chapter sponsors at least one student who plans to enroll in an Undergraduate program in the approaching school year. The remaining amount of donations will go to a student in a different chapter. Donations to the program can be done a couple of different ways, people can either donate at one of our on or off premise account locations listed below. For those who donate at an off premise location, they can sign their name on a Folds of Honor badge that they will be given at the time of donation and will then be on display at the stores. At on premise locations, donators have the option to sign a badge or purchase a coin for $50. The coins intention is to be purchased and handed out to a veteran whom you are thankful for their service. The donation time period will run from Memorial Day to July 27th.
